Ms. Kashmira Love joined OMS in April 2023.

She comes from a highly experienced Montessori background, both through her qualifications and practical implementation. She has profound knowledge and extensive years of experience in the philosophy, pedagogy, operations and leadership of an authentic Montessori whole school community.

Ms. Kashmira believes in the human potential and advocates that the consciousness for living our best life is found in the Montessori Education. It has been the best fit for her throughout her life. After completing her AMI Montessori training at a very young age, with no real plan to pursue a career in teaching, when she stumbled upon her first opportunity, she became deeply indebted to the most valuable gift she possessed to learn and observe the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori through the child.

Ms. Kashmira has dedicated her life to this method of learning and continues to do so, through which as Dr. Montessori says, we can establish peace and freedom. She believes in presenting the global standard of Montessori education to the children whom she encounters. Ms. Kashmira possess an in-depth understanding of Montessori philosophy in her decades-long career in some of the best established AMI Montessori Schools in California as Guide, Head of School, Co-founder, Owner, and Founder of Schools. She comes with a wealth of experience and understanding of Montessori as – a way of life, with passion, dedication, trust, and gratitude to OMS, where she feels a true calling to work alongside a phenomenal team of leaders and collaborators.

She enjoys helping, hosting, music, theatre, long walks, travel, deep conversations, and much more when she is not at work.
